Gary Sinise Presents Graceful Warrior

Join us for a special concert and book launch event with acclaimed actor and humanitarian Gary Sinise as he takes the stage at The Sharon Performing Arts Center for a candid conversation about his new memoir, Graceful Warrior.

His new book is a father’s tribute to his late son, Mac, a gifted musician and composer who was diagnosed with a rare bone cancer at just twenty-seven years old. Gary will share Mac’s remarkable story and reflect on the love, faith, and family that carried him through.

The second half of this one-of-a-kind evening will feature a special performance by the Lt. Dan Band, personally curated by Gary to celebrate Mac’s life and musical legacy. The band will perform original music composed by Mac, with Gary sharing personal stories behind the songs. Woven together with accompanying video elements, the performance will offer a powerful and deeply personal tribute to Mac – and to the extraordinary ability of music to bring connection, comfort, and most of all, healing.
